Problem Note 66641: The cluster criteria "Percent of Average" is applied incorrectly in SAS® Clustering 6.8
In SAS Clustering 6.8, the cluster criteria Percent of Average is not applied correctly when you select it. As a result, all locations or stores are assigned to a single cluster.
There is no work around for this issue.
